I am an Integrated Pediatric Physical Therapist and have been in the industry for 23 years. I am a mom of two grown sons whose journey inspired me to think outside of the box with development and learning. In addition to studying at Northeastern University for Physical Therapy. I have a Masters in Human Movement performance from Concordia University. My passion is to empower students, teachers and parents to listen to the body's messages through movement and provide them with tools and language to optimize their bodies for learning and self regulation.

Please explore my workshop offerings. I offer school based workshops to address the growing occurrence of movement challenges in the classroom. Also, parenting classes to problem solve movement challenges in school and at home.
